When I hear "Nene" roll off of the lips of Lawson, Taylor, Britain, Emma Grace or Lila - my face lights up and my heart skips a beat!

When I point to my cheek (the one on my face), my son's and grandchildren automatically know I want a smooch - and they give me one where I have pointed.

ReplyDeleteThe most important fact one should know about Charolette is that she has a husband that loves her more than anything in this world. He is eternally grateful that God saw fit to bring their lives together. Each day I discover a new level of love for my beautiful wife. The fact that she puts up with me is display of courage and compassion that may never be rivaled. She is why I eagerly awake each day. I anticipate the three kisses that is required each morning to wake her up, and let her know that coffee is ready for us to share in our morning ritual. I endure work and return home to share our evenings...she doesn't know how much that I love the fact that she let's me keep the remote and that she is willing to watch a show with me, not so much because whe enjoys the show, but because she knows how much I enjoy being with her...and she never hesitates to tell me how much she loves just "being" with me. The conclusion to our evenings usually follows a script that we have played out so often...me rolling to my side, she snuggling tightly against my back, her left hand against my chest...my hand on top of hers..we do this not from habit, but because it reminds us that we SO belong to each other....that is security..that is love..love beyond words...if you want to know some facts about Charolette, know this...her husband loves her, she loves him, they love their family. The fact is that God has blessed us with so much...each day is a gift from GOD..and I wanted to share this with my wife, her friends, and our family...Charolette's Husband..JOHN
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwww....I'm so glad I checked in again and saw John's post. Yes, you two are very blessed, and I'm so glad you have each other. You are both so eloquent and vocal about your feelings. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over. I am blessed to be both family and friend to two very special people.
